Domestic Shipping:

Please note that delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.

Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 1PM CST.

  • USPS shipping has limited tracking and has been very unreliable. We do not recommend this option and cannot guarantee orders shipped this way.
  • Fed Ex overnight orders placed on Friday after 1PM CST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
  • Fed Ex does not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping:

International shipping costs and delivery schedules vary from country to country. Helen Jon is NOT responsible for any duties or taxes that may be charged by border government or customs agents. For more details please contact your local customs office. 

Please note, that by law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents – no exceptions.

In addition, any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

To allow credit card processing to complete, international website orders require a holding period of 48-72 hours before shipping. We appreciate your patience, and will try to expedite your shipping time as soon as our service provider completes your transaction. 

Once processed, we will email the shipment confirmation with order tracking number as soon as the order leaves our warehouse. This email signifies that the order may no longer be cancelled. 

International Gift Card orders have a holding period of 48-72 hours to allow the credit card processing to complete the transaction.  After this time your Helen Jon Gift Card will be emailed to the email address you have provided.

    Return Policies:

    All goods must be received in original condition and packaging, unused and accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice. Swimwear must have the sanitary protection liner intact. Please ensure that you wear undergarments while trying on swimwear.

    Once your refund is submitted please allow for up to a week to see the refund reflected in your bank account.

    Return Portal Instructions:

      1. Enter order number and shipping zip code used at purchase.
      2. Next, select the items you are returning followed by the return reason for each item.  
      3. Select return method.
      • The $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
      • Exchanges and Store Credit return options are free
      • If exchanging you can select an alternative size, or select a new item from our store, all in the return portal.
      • If you’ve processed an exchange that is of greater value than the original order, a credit card payment will be requested before the return is completed. Once the return is completed a new exchange order will be generated and shipped before the return is received back.
      1. Please confirm that the information is correct and then click confirm.
      2. Once complete you will be emailed a FedEx return label.
      3. Your package can be dropped off at any FedEx Office or Drop Off location.

        Free Gift Return Policy:

        • If requesting a refund where the remaining balance of the order does not meet the minimum purchase requirement for the free gift(s) promotion, you must either return the free gift(s) with your return order or the current value of the free gift(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
        • Free gift(s) are not required to be returned if the order amount still meets the promotion’s minimum purchase requirement.

        International customers are solely responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with any returns or exchanges.

        Full-priced and some sale items:

        Returns on full-priced items and items discounted less than 45% are accepted within 14 days of original purchase.

        Sale Items:

        All items discounted between 45% and 59% are eligible for an exchange or store credit (gift card).

        Last Call Items: 

        All last call items, or items discounted 60% or more, are not eligible for refund or exchange.

        Items you received as a Gift:

        Include your contact information and copy of the original receipt. Please know that returns on gift orders will be refunded to original purchaser’s credit card. However, you can make an exchange or request a gift card to be issued directly back to you. The amount will match the current selling price of the item(s) returned.
