LOCATION: Corporate Headquarters: Lenexa, KS

Hourly Position, 40 hours/week, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday



  • Answer incoming Sales Rep and customer calls and emails
  • Work with designated Sales Reps to meet and exceed wholesale customer service expectations
  • Process incoming orders, check stock availability, and invoice orders
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable first-class customer service
  • Process customer returns and exchanges according to department policies
  • Provide customer and Sales Rep feedback to management to improve customer experience
  • Assist Management and the Warehouse Team as needed


Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office competence
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to meet deadlines with attention to details


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Customer service experience in apparel industry
  • Wholesale shipping and receiving experience
  • Apparel sales experience
  • Sales software experience
  • Love of fashion and passion for customer satisfaction
