I am an athletic built 5'8" 150 lb. mom. I have a bit of a roll from csection scar but this bottom fit well. I typically hesitate to get a medium as I sometimes feel it's too tight around the legs however I opted for the medium in my last two Helen Jon bottoms and they are perfect! I have no problem paying more for excellent quality, you get what you pay for!
