Items purchased at 40% off or more during a promotion are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Last Call items and items permanently marked down 50% or more are final sale.

Personalized or monogrammed bags are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
